Payment information is processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure and is never stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your information for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Candor may record telephone calls between companions and Seniors for the following purposes:
Call recordings are stored securely and access is limited to authorized Candor personnel. Recordings are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted. By subscribing to our services, you consent to the recording of calls on behalf of yourself and the enrolled Senior. If you do not wish to have calls recorded, please contact us at nat@candorcompanions.com to discuss alternative arrangements.

In the event of a data breach that compromises the security of your personal information, Candor will notify affected users via email within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, or as otherwise required by applicable law. The notification will describe the nature of the breach, the types of information involved, the steps we are taking to address the breach, and recommendations for protecting yourself. We will also notify relevant regulatory authorities as required by law.
